Studies suggest that focusing on the present can have a positive impact on health and well-being. Mindfulness-based treatments have been shown to reduce anxiety and depression. There's also evidence that mindfulness can lower blood pressure and improve sleep.

DAY 3

Physical Health - Energizing Your Body

Eating smart and being active have similar effects on our health. These include reducing the risk of chronic diseases and preventing weight gain and/or promote weight loss. A healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, and whole grains can help to reduce your risk of heart disease by maintaining blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Financial Health - Building Wealth with Peace

Financial well-being is about much more than making money. A healthy budget means having the ability to reach your goals, maintaining a safety net for all of life's ups and downs, and even improving your physical and mental health.

Forgiveness - Letting Go to Grow

Forgiveness can lead to benefits such as healthier relationships, increased self-awareness and self-esteem, and reduced anxiety, stress, and hostility. It can also lead to greater spiritual and psychological well-being, improved heart health, lower blood pressure, and fewer symptoms of depression.

Service - Finding Joy in Giving

By taking action to help others, you create a ripple effect of positivity and kindness that inspire others to do the same. Serving others helps you develop new skills, build stronger relationships, and improve your overall well-being.

Purpose - Living with Meaning

Having a purpose provides us with a focus and a sense of achievement as we work towards our target. Studies have shown that when people feel like they are contributing to a higher purpose, they often have a healthier and happier outlook.

Meet Your Mentor:

Ricky Powell

Ricky began his professional career at the age of seven as a child actor in the 1970’s, working with many of Hollywood’s biggest legends.

After college, Ricky moved behind the camera spending five years in Post Production on The Golden Girls before arriving at NBC where he spent the next twenty five years putting every comedy, drama, and reality show on the air.

By the time he left the network in 2015, Ricky had become an author, speaker, corporate trainer, and executive coach. He has spoken and trained on many topics ranging from Positive Psychology, Communication, and Leadership, to Conflict Resolution, Time Management, and Neuro Linguistic Programming. A handful of his happy former clients include the US Navy, US Senate, Cushman Wakefield, NBC Universal, Warner Brothers, Paramount, Raytheon, United Talent Agency, HBO, and many more.

 Today, Ricky is on a mission to provide employees, leaders, entrepreneurs, and even retirees, with the tools and coaching sessions they need to help them feel supported, engaged, productive, and positive, resulting in their lifelong personal happiness and professional success.
